Download the free TestFlight app from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Come back here and tap Download for iPhone & iPad above — it will open directly in TestFlight.

Tap Accept on the invitation, then tap Install to download myHR.

Once installed, myHR will appear on your home screen — open it and sign in with your credentials.

Tap Download for Android above. Your browser will download the APK file.

Open your Downloads folder and tap app.apk to begin installation.

If prompted, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps and enable it for your browser.

Return to the APK and tap Install. Once complete, tap Open to launch myHR.
